AcuLoan is a complete loan management and information software program designed to work completely within the Acumatica platform. AcuLoan allows you to house the loan profile in the system while managing the transactions. See below for steps on creating a loan within the system.
Within the system, users will select the Loan Account portion and see a new screen.
1. On this screen, they will fill out the necessary information on the header to create the account.
a. Business Account: the account selected for entry
b. Loan Class: group of similar loans used for reporting
c. Loan Description: a name for the loan account
d. External Reference Number: associated with the external account taking the loan – their reference number
2. In the lower portion, the dates section and loan contract portion will need to be filled out to create the loan in the system.
3. From here, the user will now save this loan account and it will appear within the system with a Loan ID (unique for each loan).
