Acumatica recently announced an issue with Google Chrome Version 76 that will prevent the main screen (or any screen) from displaying any data in Acumatica.  There is both a workaround and a fix for this issue.

The Google Chrome version released on 7/30/19 enabled “lazy loading” by default.  Lazy loading delays the loading of below-the-fold images until the user begins scrolling closer to them.  It is meant to improve load page times.

To resolve the issue you will need to update your Acumatica version.  The following versions are compatible with Chrome v76:

• 2018 R1 Update 21 Hotfix (18.121.0010)
• 2018 R2 Update 15 (18.215.0021)
• 2019 R1 Update 8 (19.108.0017)

NOTE: If you are using the Construction Edition, make sure the customization project is compatible.  For example the latest version for 2019 R1 is 19.107.3.2.194

A workaround (other than using a different browser) is to disable the lazy loading feature by following the steps below:

1. Type chrome://flags/ in the browser address bar and press Enter
2. Find “Enable lazy frame loading” section
3. Select “Disable”
4. Restart the browser
