Acumatica Summit 2025, held from January 26 to 29 at the Wynn Las Vegas, brought together over 3,500 customers and 600 partners to explore advancements in cloud ERP technology.  Polaris Business Solutions was excited to be there and experience Summit. We were able to connect with peers, customers, and learn throughout the week. Many new and exciting things are to come in 2025 for Acumatica. Below is an outline of a few that are notable:

Strategic Partnerships:

• ADP Integration: This collaboration integrates Acumatica’s ERP with ADP’s payroll and human capital management solutions, streamlining payroll processes and enhancing workforce management.
• Shopify Expansion: A deeper integration with Shopify allows merchants to synchronize e-commerce operations, automate inventory updates, and access real-time financial tracking within Acumatica.

AI-Powered Features:

• Intelligent Advisors: AI-driven insights assist in identifying trends, detecting anomalies, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Workflow Automation: New tools automate tasks like invoice categorization and expense reporting, reducing manual workloads.
• Interactive Assistance: An AI-powered virtual assistant offers context-aware suggestions to enhance user experience.

Product Enhancements:

• Industry-Specific Tools: Enhanced capabilities for manufacturing, construction, and retail sectors aim to streamline operations through increased automation and improved workflow management.
• Customization and Flexibility: An improved user interface with enhanced customization options allows businesses to tailor the platform to their unique needs. The new user interface will make it even easier for users to view Acumatica screens and make them configured for them specifically.

Community and Ecosystem Growth:

• Acumatica emphasized its commitment to building a collaborative community, noting that its online platform now hosts over 30,000 active users who have contributed over 580 ideas for new technology and functionality. The Acumatica Community is a great place to learn from and learn about more ideas both for our business and those of our customers.
