2025 R1 for Acumatica is set to release very soon and with that comes changes to the user interface. The way the interface of Acumatica can be personalized for each user will become easier and more flexible.

Customizing the Modern UI
The Modern UI allows you to easily customize form layouts, tailoring the user interface to your specific needs. Personal layout changes are saved between sessions and apply only to your user account.

Customizing Tab Controls
In the Modern UI, you can modify tab controls by reordering, hiding, or displaying individual tabs. These changes are saved as part of your personal layout.
• Reordering Tabs: Click and hold a tab name, then drag it to the desired position.
• Hiding a Tab: Click and hold a tab name, drag it to the More button, and move it to the Hidden Tabs section.
• Displaying a Hidden Tab: Click the More button, then drag the tab from Hidden Tabs to its desired position.

Customizing Table Controls
You can adjust table controls by adding or removing columns, reordering them, and modifying column widths. These changes are saved as part of your personal layout.
• Click the Settings button in the upper-left corner of the table to open the Column Configuration dialog.
• In the Column Configuration dialog, you can:
○ Show or hide columns by selecting or clearing the checkbox next to the column name.
○ Reorder columns by dragging them to a new position.
○ Modify tab focus by clicking Tab next to a column name.
○ Apply changes by clicking OK, or cancel them by clicking Cancel.
○ Restore default settings by clicking Reset.

Customizing Field sets
Certain controls can be expanded or collapsed to show more or fewer data fields. The system remembers your preferred state between sessions, ensuring a personalized experience.
